Geosyntec principal engineer based in California, served on the National Research Council Committee on Incorporating Sustainability in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). At the request of U.S. EPA, the committee developed an operational framework for integrating sustainability as one of the key drivers with the regulatory responsibilities of the agency.
