Todd Hagemeyer, P.G., is a principal hydrogeologist based in Georgia who focuses on development of environmental management solutions for the manufacturing and service facilities of Fortune 500 companies and the remediation of commercial and public sector properties impacted by chlorinated solvents, metals, and petroleum hydrocarbons.
Todd has more than 25 years of experience managing and implementing environmental projects that include hydrogeologic site characterizations, groundwater flow and transport modeling, remedial design/remedial action, stormwater management, wetlands assessment and mitigation, GIS applications, human health and ecological risk assessment, air emission testing and permitting, and financial reporting of environmental liabilities. This work has been performed as part of site remediations, property transfers, Brownfields site redevelopment, litigation support, and on-going client environmental management programs.
In addition, Todd has served in the capacity of providing corporate environmental, health and safety (EHS) support globally to large industrial businesses as a consultant to our clients’ in-house environmental compliance teams. Examples of his work includes providing site EHS managers with technical and regulatory support during permit renewals, in-house audits, and post-audit strategic planning and implementation. He also works with corporate and plant managers on achieving compliance with the increasingly burdensome financial reporting of environmental liabilities under FAS 5, FAS 143, and FIN 47. In addition to his practical work on environmental management, Todd has authored multiple publications on the application of groundwater models for selecting, designing, and optimizing groundwater remediation systems.
