Mr. Grivetti brings over 25 years of worldwide experience to the redevelopment of complex sites impacted by soil and groundwater contamination. Mr. Grivetti's technical expertise and project management experience facilitates implementing strategies that bring various stakeholders (clients, regulators, technical experts) together to build site reuse consensus. His diverse background in development of water resources, geologic assessment, and seismicity studies throughout the world provide a unique blend of technological expertise. He has extensive experience managing remedial investigations, risk assessments, and remedial actions at former refineries, landfills, and manufactured gas plant sites. He has been recognized by the courts in southern California as a technical expert, and has provided technical analyses to litigants on contamination and due diligence matters.
