Kate Graf Published in ABA Newsletter

Kate Graff (Pennsylvania) co-wrote an article that was published in the American Bar Association (ABA) Air Quality Committee Newsletter in the April issue.

Her article was entitled "SO2 Data Requirements Rules" and it addressed the recently published U.S. EPA rule that requires state and local air pollution control agencies to submit information to U.S. EPA to inform attainment determinations for the 2010 SO2 National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

The article provides background on the rule and potential approaches for industrial sources to ensure that their interests are represented in the development of the control strategy.
