Joe Applegate, Kevin Warner, and Richard Tedder have joined Geosyntec Consultants' Tallahassee office, and will partner with Principal Toxicologist David Krause to expand the services Geosyntec offers clients.
Joe Applegate, PG brings 30 years of experience as a Principal Hydrogeologist managing remedial programs for private and public projects at industrial sites including petroleum, hazardous, and nonhazardous waste sites. Joe's knowledge of federal and state environmental rules, regulations, and permitting processes allow him to meet the clients and regulatory community needs quickly and cost-effectively.
Kevin Warner, PE brings 26 years of experience evaluating, designing and implementing more than 500 groundwater and soil remediation systems using various remedial technologies including soil vapor extraction/bioventing, in situ air sparging/biosparging, dual phase and multiphase extraction, steam enhanced extraction, bioslurping, bioremediation, pump and treat, hydraulic containment, conventional excavation and excavation using Large Diameter Augers.
Richard Tedder brings more 30 years of experience working for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), most recently as the Administrator for the Solid Waste Section of the Division of Waste Management. He earned a reputation throughout industry as a reasonable regulator that utilized science to make decisions. He has been intimately involved in rule development, guidance, and policy issues associated with all aspects of waste management for the State of Florida. Richard brings a wealth of institutional knowledge of FDEP to Geosyntec.
