Geosyntec Announces New Office Location Serving Mobile, Alabama

Geosyntec Consultants is pleased to announce our new location serving the Mobile, Alabama area.

Our new office will focus on helping clients develop watershed management plans; assisting clients with their environmental restoration projects, including stream and coastal restoration; collaborating on projects funded through the Restore Act, and contributing to the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites.

Supported by a nationwide team of experts, the office will also serve industrial and municipal clients throughout the region.

The office will be led by Wade Burcham, P.E., LEED, AP, BD+C, a Principal Water Resources Engineer based in Alabama with more than 21 years of professional experience focused on natural stream stabilization, water resources engineering, stormwater management, municipal engineering, and contract administration.

Lane Dorman, P.G., a Senior Geologist, will also help lead efforts in the region. Lane has experience assisting clients with nonhazardous and hazardous waste management; site investigation; contaminant fate and transport evaluations, including groundwater modeling; remedial technology feasibility studies, remedial technology pilot testing and selection; and remediation system design, construction, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization. Lane has conducted site delineation and remediation at dozens of sites with recalcitrant compounds in soil, surface water, groundwater, and indoor air.
