Geosyntec Staff Make a Technical Contribution the MGP 2019 Conference

Geosyntec will once again make a technical contribution to the Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) Conference 2019 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 7-9.

Susan Welt, MPH, P.E. (Massachusetts) and Andrew Brey, P.G. (Florida) served on the Technical Review Committee supporting development of the conference. Susan will also serve as a session moderator for an expert panel discussion entitled "Improving Community Relations."

Rachel Klinger, P.E., BCEE (Florida) will present on how to develop "Clear Exit Strategies to Achieve Remedial Goals." Her coauthors are Jim Langenbach, P.E., BCEE (Florida), William Pence with Baker Hostetler, and Christopher Gasinski with TECO Peoples Gas, an Emera Company.

The biennial MGP Conference brings together the organizations active in MGP site management to share experiences and ideas. This conference is designed to stimulate knowledge exchange through strong technical presentations, experienced technical panels, and interesting poster topics. Participants will explore the key issues of MGP site management, provide expertise, and illustrate what works and what does not work based on lessons learned.
