Geosyntec is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Rhine has joined the firm as a Principal in our Greenville, South Carolina office. Elizabeth will take a leading role in the development of the firm's groundwater practice.
Elizabeth Rhine has devoted much of her 26-year career to the challenges of groundwater assessment and remediation in Piedmont geology. Specializing in innovative site characterization techniques and the design and implementation of groundwater remediation systems, Elizabeth has helped clients develop site-specific soil and groundwater remediation applications for some of the most complex sites in North Carolina and South Carolina. She is adept at developing creative and cost-effective remediation strategies for clients to meet the objectives of project stakeholders including responsible parties, regulatory agencies, potential developers, and the public.
At Geosyntec, Elizabeth will grow our groundwater practice in South Carolina by providing technical support, project management, and leadership. She will collaborate closely with senior professionals throughout the firm with a focus on assisting clients in the chemical, oil and gas, and transportation sectors. In addition to site assessment and remediation, she will also provide transactional due diligence, environmental liability valuations, and brownfield redevelopment expertise.
