We are also proud of our mentor protégé programs and actively seek opportunities to mentor small and disadvantaged business growth. Our commitment is not only supported through our procedures but also is backed by our executive leadership.
Diversity Business Outreach
As part of our ongoing commitment to identify small business partners that share our goal of a diverse and inclusive workplace, we attend and host small business outreach events, provide vendor search tools to our project managers, such as our Supplier Portal, and look for ways to facilitate and maximize the potential for business partner utilization.
Specifically, Geosyntec participates in numerous national, regional and local small business conferences to identify small and disadvantaged business vendors and subcontractors to learn what services they can provide. We also maintain a vendor database that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) such as diversity, safety metrics, insurance levels, qualifications, geographic presence, and client markets served. We actively look for those companies that are disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled-veteran-owned, or located in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone).
What We Purchase
As a full-service engineering firm, the Geosyntec family of companies is looking to identify subconsultants, subcontractors, and vendors to support the firm's projects in the following strategic areas: contaminated site assessment and cleanup, environmental stewardship, air quality compliance, water and wastewater systems development, geotechnical engineering products, and traditional construction services.

Registrants are not automatically placed on a pre-approved list, rather the registrant profiles are reviewed at the time subcontractor and vendor services are required for each project based on project-specific requirements. You will only be contacted by the project team when you are being considered for work on a specific opportunity.
