Ravi will present alongside Norman A. Dupont, Esq. (Ring Bender LLLP) and Debbie Soukup, Ph.D. (Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.). The series, titled "You've Got the Lab Data, Now What?" will discuss how to navigate lab reports and increasingly diverse regulatory action levels. This program is useful for both experienced and newer environmental lawyers whose cases include analytical laboratory reports and a myriad of risk-screening levels.

The Orange County Bar Association provides a wide variety of programs, services and opportunities for its attorney members, the judiciary, and the community. The OCBA is one of the largest voluntary bar associations in California, with over 9,000 members. Members meet regularly in sections and committees dedicated to various areas of law and issues of concern to the legal community.

How to Navigate the Lab Reports and the Increasingly Diverse Regulatory Action Levels

Did the senior partner just give you a fat set of analytical laboratory data from a consultant and say: "Please review and meet me in two hours for the call to the client?" What does a PQL mean and just what does the "% recovery" figure mean next to something called a surrogate? What's a risk screening level and how do you apply it to that fat set of analytical results? This program is useful for the older and younger environmental lawyers who face analytical laboratory reports and a myriad of risk screening levels. Practical examples from the real world will be used.
