Dan Bourdeau (New Hampshire) is presenting in Session 2, "Watershed Management," at the 2017 New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) Annual Conference and Exhibit at the Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts at 8:30-10:30 a.m. on January 23, 2017.
His presentation is entitled "Use of a Nutrient Control Plan by the City of Rochester, New Hampshire to Develop a Long-term Plan to Reduce Nutrient Loads to Receiving Waters."
Dan has extensive experience in developing phased erosion and sediment control plans for large construction sites and solid waste facilities. He developed, managed and conducted surface water quality and hydraulic monitoring programs including coastal tidal monitoring. Dan also has experience with construction administration including developing specifications, bid documents, supporting the bid process, contractor selection and construction quality assurance and managing large construction projects. His current responsibilities include project management and client care, stormwater planning and permitting, developing stormwater management designs, assembling project specifications and bid documents, designing phased erosion and sediment control plans, hosting training workshops and construction administration.
The New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) Annual Conference and Exhibit attracts over 2,000 engineers, consultants, scientists, operators and students. It also features a variety of technical sessions, and over 200 exhibitor displays. The conference provides an opportunity for professional exchange of information and state-of-the-art concepts in wastewater treatment and other water environment issues.
