Geosyntec is expanding services to new and existing clients from our new location at 9300 West 110th Street, Suite 645, Overland Park, Kansas.
Geosyntec is expanding our client services in the Kansas City area with a new office in Overland Park. This office will help our clients create exceptional solutions for a broad range of geo-environmental needs. These include assessment and remediation of contaminated soil, sediment, and groundwater; guiding clients through complex remediation and site closures; and planning redevelopment that adds value and enlivens communities. In addition, our water and natural resources practitioners have experience helping power clients, governments, and agencies with water quality issues, water resources planning, and design and management of dams and levees. Our Overland Park staff are adept at solid-waste planning and management, geotechnical services, process engineering and design, and environmental management.
No matter the industry or field, Geosyntec is skilled at managing environmental liabilities and applying our global resources to solve local problems. The office will be led by Kansas City native Jessica Yeager.
Supporting Staff
Jessica Yeager, P.E., LSP, is a principal environmental engineer with more than 11 years of experience in strategic, risk-based closures, and complex remedial design for legacy and Brownfield redevelopment sites. She has designed remedial systems for high vacuum extraction, enhanced in-situ bioremediation, Liquid Boot® sub-slab vapor intrusion mitigation, air sparging, subslab depressurization, soil vapor extraction, groundwater pump and treat, dual-phase extraction, zero-valent iron injection, and chemical oxidation injection. Her clients have included Fortune 100 companies. Jessica also specializes in process engineering and design.
Maria Vishnevskiy, P.E., is a project engineer who focuses on flow and transport modeling, engineering design for remediation, and site investigation and characterization. Maria manages groundwater extraction and treatment systems and sub-slab depressurization systems. She uses groundwater modeling to update and calibrate particle tracking systems and develop new models. Her fieldwork experience includes sampling of indoor air, soil, soil vapor, and groundwater, as well as installing soil vapor probes, developing wells, and supervising drilling operations.
Michael Jury, P.G., is a geologist who plans and leads field work in support of remediation systems on Superfund sites. He manages drilling and installation of monitoring wells, is well-versed in the United States Classification System (USCS), and has experience sampling soil, sediment, bedrock, mine tailings, ground water, surface water, soil gas, and ambient air. His skills include test pitting, well development, and aquifer testing.
