He has concentrated on generating market share growth, driving top line revenues, and managing marketing and sales organizations in the environmental industry. Don has also served as field chemist, project manager and technical manager for numerous programs and projects, responsible for overseeing both domestic and international sales and marketing efforts.
For the sustainable development of new markets and customers in the environmental industry, Don has helped develop and execute the corporate business vision. He has also developed and executed company sales strategies, and managed and trained many senior sales executives still working in the environmental industry. Don has also managed and directed the national sales program for a $150M environmental company with over 75 sales staff nationwide. This included the strategic development and execution of commercial and Federal national account programs and strategies.
Throughout his career, he has worked on multiple of environmental projects and programs as well as international projects. His experience includes Project Management as well as interface and negotiations with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. Don has mergers and acquisitions experience as well selling companies and assets. His experience includes the integration of business systems; operations and sales into a unified organization.
