Jamey has built systems to validate, manage, analyze, and visualize construction, geotechnical, and environmental data for projects and facilities in the United States and Canada.

Jamey Rosen is a Senior Principal Geoscientist based in Ontario with more than 25 years of experience focused on Geospatial Information Management System design and development. Jamey has built systems to validate, manage, analyze, and visualize construction, geotechnical, and environmental data for projects and facilities in the United States and Canada.


An industry leader in the design and implementation of Information Management Systems for deep foundations construction projects, Jamey has been the Data Manager of record on grouting, cutoff wall, and construction at a number of sites owned by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Tennessee Valley Authority, and others, including Wolf Creek, Boone, and Bolivar dams. He is the lead developer of several web-based data management systems for the engineering and infrastructure industries, including the PipelineTracker, WallTracker, GroutTracker, and DredgeIMS systems.

To advance the state of the practice, Jamey serves as an invited speaker at conferences, where he discusses emerging construction data management systems; this work includes leading regular seminars at dam safety conferences and construction society meetings. Jamey also publishes frequently in the deep foundations industry and is the Deep Foundation Institute’s Information Management Systems Committee chairperson.
