Jamey Rosen is a Senior Principal Geoscientist based in Ontario with more than 20 years of experience focused on information management system design and development and geographic information systems (GIS). Jamey has developed systems to validate, manage, analyze and visualize construction, geotechnical, and environmental data for projects and facilities in the United States and Canada.
Jamey is an industry leader in the design and implementation of information management systems for deep foundations construction projects and has been the Data Manager of record on grouting and seepage barrier installations at a number of dams including Wolf Creek, Center Hill, and Bolivar dams. He is the lead developer of several web-based data management systems for the engineering and infrastructure industries, including the PipelineTracker, WallTracker, GroutTracker, and DredgeIMS systems.
To advance the state of the practice, Jamey participates as an invited speaker at conferences to discuss emerging construction data management systems, including regular seminars given at dam safety conferences, construction society meetings, and to American Bar Association groups and law firms. He also teaches professional courses on the subject, including a short course in Database and GIS Applications to Environmental Remediation, given as a National Groundwater Association webinar and at the Battelle Environmental conferences.
