Matthew Norbert is a Senior Principal Civil Engineer based in Australia with more than 28 years of experience focused on heavy civil projects including roads, railways, dams, bridges, and tunnels.

Throughout his career, Matthew has served in administration, peer review, scheduling, contracting, and design roles, often managing and leading projects. On behalf of clients, he combines on-site and office experience to construct best-value deliverables that align with safety standards. For water dams, he conducts geotechnical modeling of foundations, designs and helps construct grout curtains, and designs spillways and outlet works.
