Tom Fendley is a Senior Principal Environmental Engineer based in Georgia with more than 30 years of experience focused on civil/infrastructure design, construction engineering and contract administration, water resources engineering, and stormwater management.
Tom has worked extensively with a wide variety of public and private sector clients, including the City of Atlanta, the City of Gainesville, Forsyth County, Gwinnett County, Cobb County, Athens-Clarke County, the Clayton County Water Authority, and the Georgia Department of Transportation. Other key clients include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Lockheed Martin, and CSX Transportation.

Tom also provides litigation support and expert testimony related to engineering and water resources issues.
As a senior project manager and client service manager, Tom has considerable experience in assisting clients with project planning and budgeting including long-term master planning, formulation of design alternatives, and development of alternative approaches to project delivery. He has successfully utilized these skills and his experience throughout his career in preparation of design plans and specifications, cost estimating, construction contract administration, and other client needs and services.
